Organoleptic Characteristics

When cut, it is notable for its intense red colour, with infiltrations of bright fat typical of pigs raised free on the Extremadura pasture. Its flavour is intense and juicy with a balanced touch of paprika.

Recommendations for use

It should be kept in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light.
It is recommended the piece be allowed to air and it is best enjoyed at room temperature (19º to 22ºC).

Bellota Iberian pork, salt, paprika, spices, milk protein, milk powder, dextrin, dextrose, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), acidity regulator (E-331iii) and colouring (E-160c).

4 months of curing.
