??La Prudencia Bellota Iberian Salchichón is made based on the ancestral recipe of our grandparents, evocative of village flavours. Mixture of chopped meats from quality parts of the bellota Ibérico pig, seasoned, stuffed and cured in our natural dryers and storehouses, for approximately 4 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics
When cut, it is notable for intense purplish tones, with infiltrations of bright fat typical of pigs raised free on the Extremadura pasture. Its flavour is intense and juicy with a balanced touch of pepper.
Recommendations for use
SLICED 100g: Thin delicate slices of bellota Iberian chorizo. Mix of chopped bellota Iberian meats, seasoned, stuffed and hand sliced. Best kept in the fridge at a temperature between 0º and 4ºC and taken out one hour before consumption. Another option is to take it out of the fridge and hold the container over warm water for a minute in order to achieve the ideal consumption temperature. Once opened, it is preferable to consume the slices within 2 – 3 days.

Bellota Iberian pork, salt, spices and essential oil of black pepper, dextrin, lactose, dextrose, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i and E-451i), aroma, antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252 and E-250), powdered milk, acidity regulator (E-331iii) and colouring (E-120).
