Purchase and Returns Policy
These General Conditions of Contract govern the purchase of products through the https://laprudencia.com Website, hereinafter “the Website” or “LA PRUDENCIA”. By accepting these General Conditions of Contract, the User declares:
That they have read and understood what is stated herein.
That they have sufficient capacity to contract.
That they assume all the obligations set forth herein.
That they are of legal age (18 years) to purchase the products offered therein.
1. Description of the purchase procedure
The procedure for contracting the products offered through the Website is as follows:
Select the product: A User wishing to acquire a product offered through the Website must click on the “Buy” button. Before clicking the “Buy” button, the User may consult the detailed description of the product that they wish to acquire. The Member may continue with the purchase process until they have selected all the products they wish to order through the Website.
Purchase confirmation: Once all the products have been selected, the User will be able to see the products selected in a summary display of the order. If they wish to continue shopping, they can click on the “Continue shopping” button. Otherwise, they can click on the “Pay” button.
Identification: The user must identify themselves as a Member. If you are not a member of LA PRUDENCIA, you can register to continue shopping.
Basket/Shipping Information: Next, the User must fill out a specific form related to order shipment. If the User has already registered their shipping data on a previous occasion, they need not enter this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment information, it is necessary to include the shipping information for the order, as well as the billing information. Once this information has been entered, click on the “Review the order” button.
Customer data and secure payment: The User must complete a specific form related to order shipment. The User must then choose a payment method to confirm the order, either payment by credit card or by bank transfer. Before going to the next step, the User can see a summary of the order before confirming. Next, the “Finish Purchase” button must be clicked and the User will be redirected to the payment platform corresponding to the chosen payment option.
Payment confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, confirmation that the order has been received is shown to the Member. The order will be processed once LA PRUDENCIA receives confirmation of payment for the order depending on the payment method chosen by the Member in the “Customer data and secure payment” step. The Member can continue buying once this purchase process has been completed.
Once the purchase process is complete, the User will receive an email with the information related to the order (order number, products purchased, delivery times and information on shipping costs).
2. Shipping conditions
LA PRUDENCIA ships its products exclusively within Spain. The transport costs, depending on the area where the products are shipped, will be paid by the buyer. These shipping costs vary according to the shipping area, and the total weight of the order.
For purchases of €100 or more, LA PRUDENCIA will not invoice shipping costs for delivery to any address on the Spanish mainland or Balearic Islands.
The orders will be delivered to the address designated by the User, and within the period established in the product file. LA PRUDENCIA has contracted the possibility of a second delivery attempt with its logistics partner, at no additional cost and in coordination with the User, in the event that the User is not at the shipping address at the first delivery attempt. However, LA PRUDENCIA will not assume any responsibility when the product is not delivered as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the delivery data provided by the User, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for reasons unrelated to LA PRUDENCIA, such as the absence of the addressee during the two delivery attempts established in the contract conditions.
LA PRUDENCIA cannot be held responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not directly attributable to LA PRUDENCIA, nor for reasons beyond the control of the company such as unforeseen events and force majeure.
3. Price of the products offered by LA PRUDENCIA
The price of the products offered on the Website includes Value Added Tax (VAT) and other taxes that may be applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise, and will be expressed in Euros (€).
For information about the order placed, the User may send an email to info@laprudencia.com. In all cases, the order number assigned and stated in the purchase confirmation email must be included.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the contract being entered into. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:

Email: info@laprudencia.com stating your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
This right excludes products that are opened or any other product that is delivered sealed and whose seal is removed, as well as those with a short expiry date or that are directly excluded in article 103 of the Consumer Law.
You can use the sample withdrawal template below, although its use is not mandatory, and you can use any other unequivocal statement. If you take up the option to withdraw, we will immediately notify you of receipt of said withdrawal using a reliable method (by email for example). To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event that you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make said reimbursement using the same payment means used by you for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The merchandise must be delivered with the seals and packaging intact in its original packing. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish Law.
If you are contracting as a consumer, for the resolution of possible disputes, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the address of the Member or User, at their option, and waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
If you are contracting as a company, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Salamanca, expressly renouncing their own jurisdiction if applicable.
