Organoleptic Characteristics

La Prudencia Gran Reserva loin is purple-red in colour with streaks of pearly-toned fat, soft to the touch, not too fatty with a delicate flavour on the palate and a deep aroma. The marinade of paprika and natural spices, together with a natural curing process, makes our loin a unique piece of exquisite natural flavour.

Recommendations for use

SLICED 100g: Fine delicate slices of Gran Reserva loin. Marinated, stuffed and hand sliced. Best kept in the fridge at a temperature between 0º and 4ºC and taken out one hour before consumption. Another option is to take it out of the fridge and hold the container over warm water for a minute in order to achieve the ideal consumption temperature. Once opened, it is preferable to consume the slices within 2 – 3 days.
