Organoleptic Characteristics
La Prudencia Gran Reserva ham is unique, unmistakable for its sweet taste and juicy texture. Deep red in colour with bright infiltrations of fat. It has small white crystals, called thyroxine crystals, typical of slow natural curing. It is a perfect piece to have at home every day, you will never get tired of savouring each morsel.
Recommendations for use
SLICED 75g: Thin and delicate slices of Gran Reserva ham with a sweet and harmonious flavour. Best kept in the fridge at a temperature between 0º and 4ºC and taken out one hour before consumption. Another option is to take it out of the fridge and hold the container over warm water for a minute in order to achieve the ideal consumption temperature. Once opened, it is preferable to consume the slices within 2 – 3 days.
