Purchasing and Return Policy
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website https://laprudencia.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “LA PRUDENCIA.” By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User declares:
That they have read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth herein.
That they are a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
That they assume all obligations set forth herein.
That they are of legal age (18 years old) to purchase the products offered on the Website.

LA PRUDENCIA ships its products exclusively to Spain. Delivery charges, which depend on the delivery area, are payable by the buyer. These delivery charges vary according to the delivery area and the total weight of the order.
For purchases of €100 or more, LA PRUDENCIA will not charge delivery fees for delivery to any address in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely chosen by the User, within the timeframe specified on the product page. LA PRUDENCIA has arranged with its logistics partner for a second delivery attempt, at no extra cost and coordinated with the User, in the event that the User is not at the delivery address during the first delivery attempt. However, LA PRUDENCIA shall not accept any liability where the product is not delivered as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the details provided by the User for this purpose, nor in the event that delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond LA PRUDENCIA’s control, such as the recipient’s absence during the two delivery attempts specified in the terms and conditions.
LA PRUDENCIA cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not directly attributable to LA PRUDENCIA, nor for causes beyond the company’s control, such as unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices of the products offered on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:

your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
This right does not apply to products that have been opened, or any other product delivered sealed where the seal has been broken, as well as those that expire quickly or are expressly excluded under Article 103 of the Consumer Law.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory; you may use any other unequivocal statement. If you choose this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (for example, by email) of the receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The goods must be returned with the seals and packaging intact in their original packaging. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

A) or any other applicable taxes, and in all cases, prices shall be quoted in euros (€).
For any enquiries regarding an order placed, the User may send an email to info@laprudencia.com. In all cases, the User must quote the order number assigned to them, as stated in the purchase confirmation email.
5. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Estas Condiciones Generales se rigen por la ley española.
Si usted está contratando como consumidor, para la resolución de posibles disputas, las partes se comprometen a someterse, a su elección, y renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, a los juzgados y tribunales de la ciudad correspondiente al domicilio del Socio o Usuario.
Si usted está contratando como empresa las partes establecen someterse a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Salamanca renunciando expresamente a su fuero propio si lo tuvieran.
