These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website https:\/\/laprudencia.com, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Website\u201d or \u201cLA PRUDENCIA.\u201d By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User declares:<\/p>

That they have read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth herein.<\/p>

That they are a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.<\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe procedure for purchasing the products offered via the Website is as follows:\n\nSelecting the product: Users wishing to purchase a product offered via the Website must click the \u201cBuy\u201d button. Before clicking the \u201cBuy\u201d button, Users may view the detailed description of the product they wish to purchase. The Member may continue with the purchase process until they have selected all the products they wish to order via the Website.\n\nPurchase Confirmation: Once all products have been selected, the User will be able to view the selected products, where a summary of the order will be displayed. If they wish to continue shopping, they must click the \u201cContinue shopping\u201d button. Otherwise, they must click the \u201cPay\u201d button.\n\nIdentification: The User must identify themselves as a Member. If they are not a member of LA PRUDENCIA, they may register to continue with the purchase.\n\nShopping basket\/Delivery details: Next, the User must complete a specific form relating to the delivery of the order. Users who have previously registered their delivery details will not need to enter this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment details, they must enter the delivery details for the order, as well as the billing details. Once this information has been entered, they may click the \u201cReview order\u201d button.\n\nCustomer details and secure payment: The User must complete a specific form relating to the delivery of the order. Users who have previously registered their delivery details will not need to enter this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment details, they must include the delivery details for the order, as well as the billing details. The User must then choose a payment method\u2014either credit card or bank transfer\u2014to confirm the order. Before proceeding to the next step, the User can view a summary of the order before confirming. The User must then click the \u201cComplete Purchase\u201d button and will be redirected to the payment platform corresponding to the chosen payment option.\n\nConfirmaci\u00f3n de pago: Confirmado el pedido, se muestra al Socio la confirmaci\u00f3n de la recepci\u00f3n del pedido. 2. Delivery terms<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LA PRUDENCIA ships its products exclusively to Spain. Delivery charges, which depend on the delivery area, are payable by the buyer. These delivery charges vary according to the delivery area and the total weight of the order.<\/p>

For purchases of \u20ac100 or more, LA PRUDENCIA will not charge delivery fees for delivery to any address in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.<\/p>

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely chosen by the User, within the timeframe specified on the product page. LA PRUDENCIA has arranged with its logistics partner for a second delivery attempt, at no extra cost and coordinated with the User, in the event that the User is not at the delivery address during the first delivery attempt. However, LA PRUDENCIA shall not accept any liability where the product is not delivered as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the details provided by the User for this purpose, nor in the event that delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond LA PRUDENCIA\u2019s control, such as the recipient\u2019s absence during the two delivery attempts specified in the terms and conditions.<\/p>

LA PRUDENCIA cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not directly attributable to LA PRUDENCIA, nor for causes beyond the company\u2019s control, such as unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This right does not apply to products that have been opened, or any other product delivered sealed where the seal has been broken, as well as those that expire quickly or are expressly excluded under Article 103 of the Consumer Law.<\/p>

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory; you may use any other unequivocal statement. If you choose this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (for example, by email) of the receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

Consequences of withdrawal:<\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
