The front limb of the adult white pig, made with our traditional salting, drying, ageing and curing process in cellars, with the greatest care, to obtain a unique delicacy with special features.

  • Characteristics: A typical colour from pink to purple-red, fat of brilliant appearance. A delicate flavour, low in salt, with a pleasant, exclusive aroma.
