The rear limb of the Iberian pig bred outdoors in perfect harmony with and integrated into the ecosystem, fed on natural cereals.

Produced using our traditional process of salting, drying, ageing and curing in cellars, with great dedication, patience and care, to obtain an extraordinary piece.

  • Characteristics: A 100% natural product, healthy and with high nutritional value. It has a characteristic colour from pink to red-purple, and fat of brilliant appearance. The flavour is delicate, low in salt, with a pleasant, unmistakeable aroma.
