The front limb of the Iberian acorn-fed pig bred outdoors in perfect harmony with and integrated into the ecosystem. Produced using our traditional process of salting, drying, ageing and curing in cellars, with great dedication, patience and care, to obtain an extraordinary item with unequalled aromas and flavours.

  • Characteristics: A 100% natural product, healthy and with high nutritional value. It has a characteristic colour from pink to red-purple, and fat of brilliant appearance. The flavour is delicate, low in salt, leaving a delicious taste in the mouth.
